We may collect the contact, business and project information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, business details, service interests and message. We may also retain the resulting correspondence and basic technical or security records produced when the website is accessed.
Please do not submit bank details, tax identifiers, identity documents, confidential financial records or other special category information through the public enquiry form.
Information is collected directly from you when you email us or use an enquiry form. When you submit a website form, the information is transmitted directly to the relevant BAAZOR email address so that the studio can review and respond to it.
We use personal information to understand and respond to an enquiry, decide whether and how we can provide a service, manage an agreed engagement, maintain business records, protect the website and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the context, our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the studio and communicating with prospective clients. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it separately.
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, business email, transactional email delivery, document storage and professional support. Resend processes website enquiry messages for delivery to BAAZOR; our business email provider then delivers them to the appropriate inbox. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their service and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with legal claims or a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.
We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, to manage a relationship and to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiries that do not become client engagements are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Client and transaction records may be kept for longer where the law or an agreed engagement requires it.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may use Meta advertising to promote BAAZOR. This website does not currently use the Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. If we introduce Meta Business Tools or similar non-essential technologies, we will explain the information they collect, provide consent controls before they activate where required, and update this notice and our Cookie Policy.
When active with consent, such tools may share browser or device information, page visits, referring information and selected interaction events with the advertising provider for measurement, attribution and audience purposes. You can learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy and withdraw website consent at any time through the consent control made available on the site.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or an objection to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@baazor.co.uk to make a request.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
